a - Administrator of Waters Empower Software User Creation, Project Creation, Project Backup and Restore
b - System creation / Lace box configuration with ICS installation
c-Knowledge on Agilent, Shimadzu and Waters Instruments Connectivity type d-Understand Pharmaceutical SOP and Process
e-Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues / Performance Issues Professional Experience:
a-Knowledge on Disaster Recovery activity
b-Effective Communication skill to co-ordinate with other third party teams/ Coordination with the vendor to resolve critical issues
c-Guide the team toward its goals, see that all members of the team are productive, and ensure to resolve all incident with in SLAs
d-Knowledge on networking / database during performance issues
e-Good knowledge in Custom Field built / Enhancement request /processing method / Instrument method and reports with Empower
f- Hand
