Reservation and Related Information: 
The reservation of appointment is applicable only for the Scheduled Castes (General), Scheduled Tribes (General) candidates. The Scheduled Castes (Arunthathiyars) candidates are also eligible to apply for Direct Recruitment to this post based on the inter-se merit between the Scheduled Caste candidates. The reservation for Women, Ex-serviceman and Differently Abled Persons will not be applicable for the recruitment of shortfall vacancies. [Section 27(h) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016].
Citizenship : 
That he is –
(i) A citizen of India; or
(ii) A subject of Nepal or Bhutan; or

(iv) An applicant belonging to categories
(iii) or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan should also obtain a certificate of eligibility given by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
(v) An applicant in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary will be admitted to an examination or interview and he will provisionally be appointed subject to the necessary certificate being given to him by the Government of Tamil Nadu

Fee and Service Charges:
Fee: Rs.300/- The details regarding on-line/off-line remittance can be seen in Annexure-1. On-line applications once registered / completed will not be allowed to be withdrawn and / or the fee paid towards the registration / application will not be refunded / adjusted for any reason.
PROCEDURE OF SELECTION:
Selection will be made based on the marks scored by the candidates in their academic and technical qualification(s) for the post of Pharmacist. There will be no oral test (Interview) for the post.
Weightage of marks
Diploma Course : 50%
HSC / P.U.C : 30%
SSLC / 10th : 20%
Note:
i) In case marks are not specifically awarded for any batch of the Diploma course, then selection for all will be based on the marks scored by the applicants in SSLC and HSC / PUC examinations only.
ii) Wherever the basic essential qualification for a technical post is a Diploma and admission to such a programme been changed from SSLC to HSC, in all such cases the weightage will be restricted to marks obtained in SSLC and the technical Diploma.
Certificate of Physical Fitness:
Candidates provisionally selected for appointment to the posts will be required to produce a certificate of physical fitness including Vision Certificate in the prescribed form
Special Instructions: 
All the candidates wishing to apply shall abide by / agree to the following undertaking and declaration in the on-line application form. In addition, candidates who are called for certificate verification shall also submit the following undertaking and declaration.
Undertaking by the Candidate
i) In the event of selection, the candidate shall be willing to serve in Government in any Medical Institution of the State.
ii) Successful candidate shall join duty within 30 days from the date of receipt of appointment orders and shall not claim extension of joining time citing that he/she is undergoing higher studies or for any other reason. He/she shall abide by the condition that his/her name will be removed from the approved list without assigning any reasons therefor, if he/she fails to join duty within the stipulated time.
iii) He/she shall abide by the condition that if he/she is selected and appointed as Pharmacist, after joining duty, he / she shall not be permitted to undergo any course within the period of two years excluding the period of leave.
iv) If the candidate is under any contractual obligation, to serve under any State Government / Local Bodies / Private Institutions he/she must produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the Appointing Authority concerned.

HOW TO APPLY ON-LINE?
a. Candidates should apply only through online in the Board’s Website mrb.tn.gov.in.
b. Before applying, the candidates should keep a scanned image of their colour photograph and scanned image of their signature. (Preferably stored in a CD/DVD/Pen drive as per their convenience).
c. A valid e-mail ID and Mobile Number is mandatory for registration and email ID and the given mobile number should be kept active till the declaration of results. MRB will send intimation regarding certificate verification, other Messages etc. only through the registered e-mail ID.
d. The candidates shall register their mobile number in the application to receive SMSs. All communications from the MRB will be through e-mail and SMS to the candidate’s registered primary mobile number/registered email only.
e. Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Post Applied, Communal Category, Date of birth, Address, Email ID, etc. will be considered as final and no modifications will be allowed after the last date specified for applying online. Candidates are requested to fill in the online application form with utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.
Online Payment (Net Banking, Credit card/Debit card/Mobile Wallet)
g. For payment of fee through the online payment gateway, i.e. Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit card and Mobile Wallet Payment, an additional page of the application form will be displayed, wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details to remit payment.
h. After submitting the payment information in the online application form, please wait for the intimation from the server, DO NOT press Back or Refresh button, in order to avoid double charge.
i. If the online transaction has been successfully completed a final Registration Number and Password will be generated. Candidates should note the same for future reference

Offline Payment through Indian Bank
j. For offline mode of payment, candidates have to select Indian Bank.
k. Click “SUBMIT” to submit the Application form.
l. On Submission, system will generate the payment challan which the candidate need to take print out and visit any of the branches of Indian Bank to make the payment.(Please note that offline Indian bank payment challans will be generated only during 8 am to 8 pm only.)
m. Online Application Registration will be taken as successful one, only if the payment is made in any of the Indian Bank branches within two working days from the date of registration/submission of application, failing which the application will be rejected.
n. If the transaction is successful, Registration number and password will be generated. The same should be noted for future reference.
Print Option:
o. After submitting the application, candidates can save/ print their application in PDF format.
p. On entering Registration Number and password, Candidates can download their application and print, if required.
q. Candidates need not send the printout of the online application or any other supporting documents to the Board. The certificates will be normally verified later, when the candidates are called for certificate verification.
r. The certificates in support of claim(s) made by the candidates, as per Notification, should be produced, whenever required as directed by the Board without fail.
Note:
i. Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply on-line and remit fee much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid lastminute internet connectivity issues.

Joint CSIR-UGC NET 2019 @ Notification

Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), India, a premier national R&D organisation, is among the world's largest publicly funded R&D organisation. CSIR's pioneering sustained contribution to S&T human resource development is acclaimed nationally. Human Resource Development Group (HRDG), a division of CSIR realises this objective through various grants, fellowship schemes etc.
ABOUT CSIR-UGC FELLOWSHIP
On-line applications for JRF/NET are invited twice a year on all India basis through press Notification. The Notification is also made available on HRDG website (csirhrdg.res.in). CSIR and UGC provide Research Fellowships to bright young men and women for training in methods of research under expert guidance of faculty members/scientists working in University Department/ National Laboratories and Institutions in various fields of Science. Only bonafide Indian citizens are eligible for this test.
CSIR/UGC Fellowships are tenable in Universities/IITs/Post Graduate Colleges/Govt. Research Establishments including those of the CSIR, Research & Development establishments of recognized public or private sector industrial firms and other recognized institutions.
CSIR/UGC Fellowship is tenable in India. The programme is aimed at National Science & Technology Human Resource Development.
A large number of JRFs are awarded each year by CSIR to candidates holding BS-4 years program/ BE/B.Tech/B.Pharma/MBBS/ Integrated BS-MS/M.Sc. or Equivalent degree/B.Sc (Hons) or equivalent degree holders or students enrolled in integrated MS-Ph.D program with at least 55% marks for General & OBC (50% for SC/ST candidates and Persons with Disability) after qualifying the Test conducted by CSIR twice a year in June and December.
This Test also determines the eligibility of candidates (i.e it is eligibility criteria only) for Lectureship positions in Indian University/Colleges. Those who qualify for JRF are eligible for Lectureship also, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down by UGC. Some aspirants are declared successful in eligibility for Lectureship only based on their performance in the test.
The award of CSIR/UGC Fellowship is for a fixed tenure and does not imply any assurance or guarantee for subsequent employment by CSIR/UGC to the beneficiary.
JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP STIPEND 
The stipend of a JRF selected through CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) will be Rs.25,000/ p.m (under revision) for the first two years. In addition, annual contingent grant of Rs.20,000/- per fellow will be provided to the University / Institution. The Fellowship will be governed by terms and conditions of CSIR, UGC or Research Scheme, as applicable.
On Completion of two years as JRF and if the Fellow is registered for Ph.D, the Fellowship will be upgraded to SRF (NET) and the stipend will be increased to Rs.28,000/- p.m (under revision) for the 3rd and subsequent years, on the basis of assessment of Fellows’ research progress/ achievements through interview by an Expert Committee consisting of the Guide, Head of the Department and External Member from outside the University/ Institution who is an expert in the relevant field, not below the rank of Professor/ Associate Professor. As far as possible, the External Member should be the chairman of three members Committee. Where the guide happens to be the Head of the Department, the Dean, Faculty of Science or any senior member of the Department may be associated as the third member of the Committee. In the event of the Committee not recommending up-gradation or the fellow has not registered for Ph.D, the candidate will continue as JRF with a stipend of Rs.25,000/- p.m. for the 3rd year or his/her fellowship may be terminated depending upon the recommendation of the Committee and the decision of CSIR in this regard.
The progress of research work of JRF will be assessed by duly constituted three member assessment committee again at the end of 3rd year for such up-gradation. The number of fellowship for each subject is limited.
EXAMINATION
CSIR has scheduled the Joint CSIR-UGC Test tentatively on Sunday 16th June, 2019 for determining the eligibility of Indian Nationals for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and for determining eligibility for appointment of Lecturers (LS) in certain subject areas falling under the faculty of Science & Technology. The award of Junior Research Fellowship (NET) to the successful eligible candidates will depend on their finding admission/placement in a university/ national laboratory/ institution of higher learning and research, as applicable.

OPTION TO BE EXERCISED BY CANDIDATE
A candidate may apply either for ‘Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)’ OR ‘Lectureship (LS)’. He/she may indicate his/her preference in the Online Application, as the case may be. If a candidate applies for JRF and fulfills the laid down eligibility criteria for Lectureship also, such a candidate will be considered for both JRF & LS. Option/preference given by the candidate in his/her application form is final and request for change will not be entertained at any later stage. The total number of candidates who will qualify depends on the number of fellowships available & performance in the test, subject to the condition that they fulfill the laid down eligibility criteria. If a candidate is found to be over-aged for JRF (NET), he/she will be automatically considered for Lectureship (NET) only. Candidates with M.Sc qualification OR under M.Sc Result Awaited (RA) category shall be eligible for Lectureship (LS) subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria as laid down by the UGC.

(ii) Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences
(iii) Life Sciences
(iv) Mathematical Sciences
(v) Physical Sciences
UPPER AGE LIMIT 
For JRF (NET): Maximum 28 years as on 01-01-2019 {upper age limit may be relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disability(PwD)/ female applicants and 03 years in case of OBC (Non Creamy Layer) applicants}.
For Lectureship (NET): No upper age limit.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
M.Sc or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/BE/BTech/BPharma/MBBS with at least 55% marks for General (UR) and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates.
Candidates enrolled for M.Sc or having completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying examination as on the closing date of online submission of application form, are also eligible to apply in the above subject under the Result Awaited (RA) category on the condition that they complete the qualifying degree with requisite percentage of marks within the validity period of two years to avail the fellowship.
Such candidates will have to submit the attestation form duly certified by the Head of the Department/Institute from where the candidate is appearing or has appeared.
B.Sc (Hons) or equivalent degree holders or students enrolled in Integrated MS-PhD program with at least 55% marks for General (UR) and OBC candidates; 50% marks for SC/ST, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates are also eligible to apply. Candidates with bachelor’s degree will be eligible for CSIR fellowship only after getting registered/enrolled for Ph.D/Integrated Ph.D program within the validity period of two years.
Candidates possessing only Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply only for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and not for Lectureship (LS).
Specification of degrees (whether Bachelor’s or Master’s) as notified by the UGC in its Gazette Notification No. F. 5-1/2013 (CPP-II) dated 5th July, 2014 and as amended from time to time, shall apply.
The eligibility for lectureship of NET qualified candidates will be subject to fulfilling the criteria laid down by UGC. Ph.D degree holders who have passed Master’s degree prior to 19th September, 1991 with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for Lectureship only.

OTHER GENERAL INFORMATION

CODING:(same as PE)
• Perform coding activities on the assigned project with timelines and efficiency.
• Import uncoded terms in database and export coded medical terms from coding platform.
• Query Management.
• Create New Term Request†and prioritize.
• Perform Dictionary upversioning activity as and when required.
CDM:
• Limited to study conduct activities.
• Data review and Query management is done with assistance.
• Limited email conversations with Client.
• Every activity requires Peer QC by supervisor or allocated seniors.
• NO INVOLVEMENT in Set Up and Migration activities.
• Limited involvement of data pad locking activities during timelines of DataBase locks.
Project / Process:
• Handles First level processing of assigned transactions, Complex problems (procedures/processes) are referred to Supervisor/Line Manager.
• Adhere to quality requirements, achieve targets/volumes in given TAT(Turn around time).
• Adhere to the mandatory industry regulation and compliance requirements for the given process.
Knowledge Management:
• Understand various document templates and standards(Such as SOP's) to interpret the documents & related terminologies.
People/Team Management:
• Adhere to org hygiene and compliance needs in terms of Time sheet submission, Assimilation & Attendance.

Job Description
Provide excellence in stability trending and data extraction support to the site and within the global network to drive the application of statistical principles, tools and methodologies to improve process understanding, quality and compliance of the products, efficiency and capability of the processes and profitability of the organisation.  Sound knowledge in pharmacopoeial compendia, good knowledge of current regulatory requirements, guidelines and cGMP.Quality experience (QA and QC) in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical industry. Experience in manufacturing and working experience in SAP modules e.g., QM Quality Man-agement module, Material Management etc., Good know-how in common computer applications, i.e. MS Office, as well as in laboratory specific applications, e.g. GLIMS, Chromeleon, LIMS.
Candidate Profile
Chemist or Pharmacist (BSc/MSc or B.Pharm/M.Pharm from accredited Technical University) or equivalent education with experience in pharmaceutical industry Local language, English fluent in speaking / writing At least 4 years Quality experience (QA and QC) in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
