Duty(ies)
(i) Officers shall be responsible for the activities in respect of medical devices regulation under the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Medical Devices Rules, 2017.
(ii) Supervise work of the officers reporting to him in the discharge of duties under Medical Devices Rules, 2017
(iii) Investigate any complaint made in writing relating to regulation of medical devices.
