• Capability Development - Attend all local and regional meetings and training programs and acquire and apply knowledge as disseminated through such programs.

• Plan, analyze & seek approval on Prospection Data, rate finalization, contractual time frame & policies related to Selling thru company assigned Distributors to Corporate Company in order to develop Adult Vaccine Platform as growth lever for Sanofi Pasteur India & assist in deeper market penetration in Key Accounts in the Healthcare/Wellness segment
• Work along with the Field Sales Teams[Wherever needed] and determine & negotiate rate contracts, related terms & conditions with the Corporate Company,
• Establish the Sanofi Pasteur brand in the accounts managed through planning & organizing various awareness & knowledge building activities for the KDM viz. HR/ HCP & relevant staff
• Planning, coordinating internally & externally for lead generation and partnership prospects/customer engagement events
• Need-based activities to assist field wellness managers in retention activity/ vaccination execution such as registration link, customized awareness tools etc. Digital marketing activities such as landing page and Linkedin marketing to generate lead
• No of Sales Ready Lead Generated

• Nurture, lobby & maintain good working relationships with key officials in the Corporate Company accounts managed
• Interaction with product management [within Pasteur & pharma, whenever required] & Medical department for getting the modules prepared for the awareness/training & knowledge building of staff, paramedics, pharmacists etc.
• Research and analysis of literatures to develop content and communication in lead generation & partnership.
• Developing, structuring and seeking internal approval of the content, touch-points and marketing collaterals prepared to use for corporate lead generation and partnership activities.
